REFUND POLICY
in case of any mistake in the order from our side, item will be replaced within 7-10 working days, subject to informing us and returning the wrong item within 7 days from the delivery date.
Customer can not cancel or change their order once order is placed.In case of cancellation, no refund will be made.Placing an order through our website means that the client agrees to all of our policies & terms and conditions.
If you are located in Germany your order will be shipped the next day.
It takes 1-2 days to arrive, sometimes delivery times may vary. Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any delivery issues or lost packages.
For customers located outside Germany, delivery times may take between 6-20 days. It depends on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping will not take place on Sundays or on holidays.
